Welcome to Phantom Forge Printing. By placing an order through our website, social media, or email, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
Terms and conditions
1. Handmade Products
All cards are handmade using professional-grade printing materials. Because each card is crafted by hand, minor variations in color, alignment, gloss, or texture may occur. These differences are normal and part of the handmade process. they do not constitute defects or grounds for replacement.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. order processing time can be up to 2 weeks before shipment. Larger or custom orders may take longer depending on design complexity or material availability. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is in production.
3. Custom and Playtest Cards
Phantom Forge Printing provides custom and playtest card printing services for personal, non-commercial use. We are not affiliated with Wizards of the Coast, Hasbro, or any other intellectual property owner.
All trademarks, logos, and intellectual property belong to their respective owners.
4. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or misuse of our services.
5. Refunds and Returns
All sales are final.
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production. If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.
6. Shipping
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your information—Phantom Forge Printing is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Delivery times vary by carrier.
7. Intellectual Property
All custom artwork or reskin designs submitted by customers are assumed to be owned or properly licensed by the customer. By submitting artwork, you confirm you have the right to use and reproduce the design for personal printing purposes.
8. Liability Limitation
Phantom Forge Printing is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our liability is limited solely to the value of the product purchased.
